FoodMaster Dairy Plant

Created in 1995 on the basis of the Issyk Diary Plant.

This is the first company that launched high-quality domestic yogurt on the Kazakh market.

Today, the modern high-tech plant is capable of processing up to 100 tons of dairy products per day. With the advanced non-contact production technology and the automated systems of sterilization and cleaning of all equipment being in contact with the product, the FoodMaster dairy plant produces a wide range of high quality dairy products.

2004 — Foodmaster JSC was conferred a certificate of the authoritative international certification body TUV Reinland (Germany).

In 2010 it implemented the international system HASSP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Points).

FoodMaster-Shymkent Plant

Founded in 1998 as a division of FoodMaster in the locality of Kok Sayek in South Kazakhstan region.

Like all FoodMaster businesses, it is a high-tech dairy plant producing products that meet the common quality standards applicable to the company.

2011 — on the eve of World Environment Day, celebrated on June 5, Interfax International Information Group, in partnership with the Centre for Sustainable Consumption and Production (Almaty) presented an assessment of the fundamental (environmental and energy) efficiency of the enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan. FoodMaster-Shymkent Plant was declared the leader in the individual components of the fundamental efficiency, in particular in the dynamics of the company performance.

FoodMaster Aseptic Plant in Issyk

It was built ‘from scratch’ in 1998.

This is the first plant in Kazakhstan to produce ultrapasteurized milk on high technology lines of the world-renowned Swedish company Tetra Pak.

FoodMmaster company gained the palm in the launch of many product categories, including the UHT milk, produced using a unique modern ultrapasteurization technology — a process in which milk is heated rapidly to 135–140 ºC for a very short period of time (2–10 sec.) and quenched. With this method of treatment of milk kills bacteria and microorganisms, but the vitamins and minerals are preserved, for the time of treatment is too short for them to be destroyed.

FoodMaster Pavlodar Plant

The history of the plant within FoodMaster company goes back to 2009, when the Pavlodar dairy plant underwent a large-scale upgrade.

FoodMaster company made global investment in the reconstruction of the enterprise, and now the production lines, in which even the air is sterile, enable to produce natural and high-quality products with a long term life, like at all company plants.

Today, FoodMaster Pavlodar plant is considered one of the most enhanced factories, where automated production processes and the multi-stage quality control system were implemented and are successfully running.
